Graduation!

Dan graduated from Dental School on June 14th! Who would have thought we would ever see this day?! I was so proud of him. Dan not only recieved his doctorate that day, he was also awarded the Gardner Award for "scholastic achievement, service to the community, leardership qualities, and demonstrated concern for others". They keep this award (complete with cash award) a total secret until the graduation ceremony and they said it is the most prestigious of awards given within the UCSF Dental School. And Dan got it!!! Out of 80 students, Dan is THE COOLEST! I have to admit that I always knew it.

Dan has done such an outstanding job balancing school and kids and Church callings. He is so wonderful and this is a great chance for me to brag about my dream guy. I love you, Dan. Great job!

Congrats guys! Can you believe dental school is over? It's still weird to us.

Hope to see you guys soon! We're in Sacramento from July 29 to the 5th or so. It would be great if we could swing a visit with you! Let us know your schedule and we'll work something out!

Congrats Dr. Budd. I can relate that there is no better feeling then to finally be done with school. Now you have to join the work force which holds its own challenges. Good luck to you. We always need dentists in So Cal.

Hi Dan! I am so excited I found you on facebook. Your family is beautiful! Congratulations on your graduation and for receiving such a special award! Michael graduated from law school and he's getting ready to take the BAR exam. We are so excited to move to the next stage of our lives and actually get a real income. Congratulations to your wife as well as I know how hard it is on us wives too :).

Way to go Dan! That's awesome, and exciting. Of course there's no way you would have gotten that award without Courtney in your corner! Good luck with real life, I can't wait till we get there!
